UK SHIPPING: £1.50

All UK orders will be sent using Royal Mail First Class. We aim for these orders to be delivered within 3-5 working days. 

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING: £4.75

All Worldwide orders will be sent using Royal Mail Standard International. We aim for these orders to be delivered within 7-18 working days.

POSTAGE UPGRADE

You may purchase tracked shipping on our site by adding the 'Postage Upgrade' to your cart. For UK Tracked & Signed the additional cost is £1.50. For International Tracked orders, the additional cost is £5.00.

DELIVERY ADDRESSES

Please make sure your address is correct as all orders will be shipped to the address given.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

Once you receive your order, you have 7 days to contact us via the form on our 'Contact' page for a refund or exchange, providing the item(s) are in their original and un-used condition. Please be aware that you are responsible for the return postage and you will receive a refund minus the postage costs. 

If you have received a faulty order, please email us within 24 hours of receiving the order, including an image of the faulty item and the order details and we will try to resolve the issue.

It is your duty to ensure the parcel is returned to us safely and in the condition you received it in. 

We will not refund the postage costs incurred by the buyer when placing their order or returning the items.

DISCOUNT CODES

It is your responsibility to enter any discount codes at the checkout. We cannot refund you the discount code after the order has been placed. If by any reason a discount code is not working, please e-mail us and we will try and resolve the issue before you place your order.
